Welcome to Dating: Standards..

“Communication, kindness, respect, and honesty are my starter pack to any relationship/relationship-like situation.

Here is my big picture: if I am involved with someone, and we have mutually decided that we are going to try this whole dating/relationship thing, I should not have to beg to talk to him. The biggest argument I get about this is that people are busy. Trust me, I understand that everyone gets busy. I work three jobs and spend an hour in the gym almost every day, so I do get it. However, if you decide to hold a position in someone’s life, in this case, mine, and if I find time for you, I expect the same courtesy. I am not expecting hour-long conversations every day. A simple “hello” or “hey, just checking on you” can go a very long way.

Furthermore, I should not have to ask him to treat me like a person.”
